Slim, slimmer: it’s Olidata’s new laptop

By now Italian design are immortal across the planet for their sensuous style, unmatched elegance and flowing curve.
Olidata is a firm that is not too popular for the notebooks it makes, but the Conte is sure worth taking a look at, for the cool factor that it brings in and also the ultra-portable design that it sports. There’s a 13.3-inch 16:10 1280×800 or 16:9 1366×768 LCD display, that goes along with a backlit keyboard and a fingerprint scanner for recognition.

On the inside Conte is powered by Core 2 Duo processor and 3GB of internal memory. With optional 3G and WiMax options, the Conte looks like a fine option for those who wish to stay connected when on the go. 意大利PC制造商Olidata的野心可不小，在CES上带来的超薄笔记本U-Leader Desing系列，目标直指MacBookAir。而似乎众人在经历了很久很久的期待后，这款Conte ultraportable终于迈出了摇篮走入意大利市场。

超薄的机身、精致小巧的键盘、虽然显示器bezel框架有些过宽，但这并不影响它给人们的好印象。它的起售价为799欧元，约1129美元。据悉，该系列有3种型号，其中一款机型配置为 SU2700 CPU、13.3英寸LED背光显示器、120GB硬盘、3GB内存以及触摸式轨迹板，并支持蓝牙、WiFi以及HDMI输出。而另外两款则分别配置了Core Solo SU3500 CPU和120GB HDD以及Core 2 Duo SL9400和128GB SSD。
